Congratulations to Principal Ann Smith on being named the FCPS Region 3 Outstanding Principal!

From Key Center PTA President Dave Gillum:  

She leads from a position of calm, thoughtfulness and vast experience.  Ann has served the students and families of Key Center for many years as a teacher, Assistant Principal and now as a Principal.  That history has led to a leadership perspective and understanding for Ann that always prioritizes the philosophies behind currently popular phrases like "Caring Culture", "Student Success" and "Premier Workforce."  In fact, these three concepts epitomize what Ann aims toward as the foundation of Key's mission and success.
