Grace McLaughlin joined Key Center this school year as an elementary classroom teacher. With four years of teaching experience, she began her career in an Emotional Disabilities program before transitioning to Intellectual Disabilities programming. She spent her first two years in Prince William County and is now in her second year teaching with Fairfax County Public Schools.

Ms. McLaughlin has been enjoying her time at Key Center, particularly appreciating the supportive staff and administration, the organized environment, and the high level of professionalism. Outside of school, she enjoys going to the movies, reading/watching science fiction, and tending to her houseplants. Originally from New Jersey, where her family still lives, Ms. McLaughlin has an older brother and two younger sisters. She adores her two pet cats!
