We are excited to welcome Michelle Peele as Key Center's new Family Liaison. In this role, which is new to Key Center, Ms. Peele will support families in navigating school and community resources to enhance students' academic success and strengthen family-school partnerships.

Ms. Peele brings 17 years of educational experience, including 11 years with Fairfax County Public Schools. She previously worked as an Instructional Assistant in special education at Madison High School.

Since joining Key Center, Ms. Peele has appreciated the warm reception from the community and is eager to build lasting relationships with students, families, and staff.

Outside of work, Ms. Peele enjoys reading, attending live music events, and staying mentally sharp with the New York Times game app. A proud mother of two adult children and grandmother to four, Ms. Peele’s family is spread across Florida, Ohio, and New York, where she was born and raised.
