Staff Spotlight- Caroline Phan
Caroline has 27 years of experience as a social worker, 15 of which were spent with Fairfax County Public Schools. She received her Masters in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2002 Caroline has been the social worker at Key Center for 8 years. She enjoys working at Key Center because it is a school environment that embraces all types of students with disabilities and provides unconditional compassion for all.
When not at Key Center, Caroline enjoys providing social work services to adolescents and families through her private practice. She finds it rewarding to support families through mental health challenges. Caroline also volunteers to support rescue organizations that save homeless animals.
Caroline is married and has two sons, Zachary and Cameron. Zachary, 26 years old, lives in Chicago. Cameron is 22 years old and is entering graduate school at The University of South Carolina.
