Mallory is a first year teacher in our high school program.  She completed her student teaching at Key Center during the 2021-2022 school year.  We were lucky to have her return in a teaching position this year!  Mallory worked four years as a Registered Behavior Technician prior to attending graduate school at George Mason University.  She appreciates the relationships that she has built at Key Center.  Mallory notes that staff are friendly, supportive and team-oriented.  When asked about working at Key Center, she stated "You don't find this kind of friendly, social environment at many schools.  I love it!"

When not at work, Mallory enjoys cooking, reading and working out.  She also loves spending time with her family.  Mallory grew up in California and her parents are still there.  However, both of her siblings now live here on the East coast.  Mallory's sister and brother-in-law live in New York City.  She is happy to have her brother and his family nearby, in the Northern Virginia area.  Mallory loves spending time with her fifteen-month-old niece, Lena.
